Born December 16, 1939 in Pueblo Santiago Acahualtepec, Municipality Iztapalapa in Mexico. She peacefully went to heaven on December 27, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Adela married Jesus Castillo in Mexico. While living in Mexico, she spent her days as the head of household working to provide for her children. Adela was a loving and exemplary mother to six, Ray Castillo, Carmen Castillo, Estela Castillo, Isidro Castillo, Maria Luisa Castillo, and Miguel Castillo.

She was a catholic woman with a lot of faith and who shared her faith with her family. Her hobbies included gardening, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a big lover of animals and has reunited with her favorite, Chispita.

She was a strong mother and grandmother who always maintained the family together. Her loving and warm affection always brightened any room. Her teachings will live through her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

While Adela's family grieves her loss, they are choosing to remember Adela in a way that honors her spirit through prayer. The family invites you to honor her life and memory. She will be missed every day.
