Fred (Fritz) A. Gebauer Jr.

Born December 15, 1925 (age 97). Entered into eternal life March 17, 2023 with family by his side.

Preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Anna Gebauer, sister Gertrude Guiliani, and the love of his life Dorris (Gehrke) his wife of 67 years.

Survived by his children: Randall (Wendy) Gebauer and Christine (Keith) Wamser, four grandchildren: Joel, Jeff, Juile (Shirley) and Jacob Wamser. Seven great-grandchildren, many friends and his faithful dog Heidi.

Fritz graduated from Boys Tech. He was a welder for 45 years at the Heli Co. A 32 degree Mason/Schriner and handyman extraordinaire. Fritz served in WWII as a navy combat veteran stationed on the Battleship Massachusetts. He had the privilege to travel to the WWII Memorial in Washington DC as part of the honor flight. All will miss his countless war stories and his passionate love of country.

A celebration of his wonderful life will be held at a later date at Highland Memorial Cemetery in New Berlin, WI.

Fritz jokingly contributed the key to his longevity to enjoying his favorite cocktail - The Rusty Nail!
