Palmersheim, Alice M. (Nee Cywinski) Died peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at age 90. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert, her parents, Joseph and Anna Cywinski, and her brother and sister-in-law, Eugene and Pat Cywinski. Loved and survived by son Lawrence, daughter-in-law Theresa; grandsons Joseph (Karla) and John; great-granddaughters Evelyn and Elise; nephew Mark Cywinski; other nephews, cousins; and her dear friends. She graduated with a degree in dietetics from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee and managed the Waukesha public school lunch program for many years. An exceptional mother, mother-in-law, grandma, great-grandma and friend, Alice had a kind, generous and feisty disposition coupled with a sharp wit and intellect. She had a genuine interest and feeling for all of us, and she always had time and a positive attitude towards life's challenges with a smile.
