Alma E. Reppert of West Allis, WI went to be with our Lord at age 95, attended by dear friends at Elizabeth Residence, in New Berlin on Nov. 2, 2025, after a long, well-lived life.
Alma was born in Alberta Canada on Feb.7, 1930 and moved to this country at age 14. She graduated from high school in Kiel, WI.
Alma attended Cook County Hospital School of Nursing in 1951, graduating after doing 36 months of nurses training at Evangelical Deaconess Hospital in Milwaukee, previously Sinai Samaritan Medical Center, now Aurora Sinai. Alma was a nurse for a time at Lakeland Hospital in Elkhorn, WI, retiring from Aurora Sinai after more than 30 years of nursing.

Alma was a longtime member of Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI, and was very involved in many of the Church’s ministries She was well travelled, having visited Kenya, Africa and Nairobi and travelled to the Holy Land, as well as often visiting friends and relatives in Indiana, Florida & Wisconsin.
Alma resided at Village of Manor Park in West Allis much of her life and later at Elizabeth Residence.
Alma made fast friends wherever she went, building lasting connections with many of them, as well as maintaining strong bonds with her cousins and other relatives. Her intelligence, wit and loving nature made her a thoroughly enjoyable conversationalist to all who knew her and she will be very much missed in our lives.

Alma was predeceased by her parents, Alma and Earl, two brothers, Earl and Raymond, nieces Sharon Volkman of Plymouth, MN and Carla Reppert-Lokker of Eau Claire, WI and several treasured cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Jan. 9, 2025, at Elmbrook Church, 777 S. Barker Rd., Brookfield, WI 53045 at 12:30 p.m. with lunch to follow.
