Angeline (Angie) was born in Superior, Wisconsin. She lived in a rural homestead near the railroad tracks for much of her childhood. She graduated from Central High School (Superior) and, along with her sister Evelynne, followed her siblings: Everett, Iola, and Marion to bigger opportunities in the city of Milwaukee. It was here that Angie met her husband William (Bill). The happy couple settled in West Allis, where they were married for 43 years. Together they lovingly raised three children: James, Steven, and Linda. As their family grew, Angie and Bill were blessed with six grandchildren. Their home was a welcomed place for the family to gather. Angie hosted many holiday celebrations where guests were always treated to plenty of food, laughter, and the always enjoyable scavenger hunts.
In addition to raising three beautiful children, Angie was an executive secretary at Bostrom Seating for more than twenty years. She took pride in her work and loved the challenge. She continued working part-time for the Gleason Corporation into her eighties.
As the years passed, Angie's wanderlust took her on trips across our state, our country, and even across the Atlantic. She enjoyed nature and exploring our state parks. She could also be found strolling the aisles of a local flea market in the hope of finding a rare piece of milk glass. She very much enjoyed collecting milk glass, and her efforts were rewarded with a display at the West Allis Historical Society.
Angie was the proud great-grandmother to nine. Her face would light up when these adorable faces would appear at the retirement community where she spent the remainder of her years. Our Mom, our "Grandma .Mac", our Great-Grandma will be missed. She will forever be in our hearts.
