Puschnig, Anne Lorraine (nee Doherty) Age 71, found peace Tuesday, January 10th, 2017 after a long fought battle against multiple illnesses. Anne is preceded by son Shawn, survived by her husband Gene, sons Joseph (Angie) and John Eberhardy, 8 grandchildren; Joshua, Travis, Aurrielle, Karliesha, Sckilay're, Nicole, Jennifer, Ben, and 2 great-grandchildren, Nomi and Lilly. Anne was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Lorraine Doherty and had two sisters, Louise and Rosalyn. She attended UWM and Alverno college prior to dedicating over 40 years of teaching service to the same school that she attended, St. Mary Parish School in Hales Corners. At St. Mary she was known for her innovative plays, artwork, and compassion. In addition to her devotion to the lives of young students, Anne passionately supported/mentored many others in Southeastern Wisconsin. Known for her toughness, she will be further remembered for always putting others first and the positive influence she had on their lives. Anne lived the dash to the greatest. Anne also valued hard work and loved spending time with her family, painting, gardening, golf and the Green Bay Packers. Visitation at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community Church, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave. Hales Corners on Saturday, Feb. 18th from 9-9:45 AM. Funeral Mass 10 AM. Memorials to St. Mary Parish School.
