Arlene Joyce Schneider (nee LaBonte) age 88 of Hales Corners, Wisconsin passed peacefully on September 26, 2023. Survived by her loving husband Jerome.

Arlene is dearly missed by her children, Geralyn (Paul) Seidenstricker, Jacklyn (Mark) Dunning, Jeffrey (Brenda) Schneider, Mary (Dana) Marcelini. She is further survived by her grandchildren, Maggie (Barry) Holcomb, Alex (Anna) Seidenstricker, Lizzie Seidenstricker, Andrew (Stacy) Dunning, Alyssa Dunning, Danny (Lana) Schneider, Sarah (Brett) Stevens, Kady (Adam) Condrey, Justin Marcelini, Chelsey (Lane) Holsworth and her seven great-grandchildren.

Arlene was number nine of twelve children born to Lloyd and Arlene LaBonte in Laurium, Michigan, a township of Calumet. Preceded in death by her siblings, Leona Moga, Shirley Dunn, Lois Lang, Marilyn Behrens, Roland LaBonte, Nancy Koening and will be missed by her surviving siblings Lloyd LaBonte, Gerald LaBonte, Donald LaBonte, Mary Verkins and her loving baby sister Judy Trudgeon.

A blind date brought Arlene and Jerry together. True love endured for 67 years. Her children and grandchildren were a source of pride and happiness. Arlene enjoyed traveling, camping, bowling, quilting, square dancing and a great meal. She brought a spark to gatherings with her sassy wit.

Arlene battled the cruel effects of dementia for years. Her husband provided tender loving care allowing her to remain at home until she found peace.

Even though her memories were stolen from her, we will never forget.
