August (Gus) Balistreri, Age 86, called home to heaven on May 4, 2019. August was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Beloved father of Jay (Michelle) Balistreri, Christine (Lowell) Sibley. Proud grandfather of Rachel (Mike) Cowell, Ben (Magda) Sibley, Steve Balistreri, Kevin (Heather) Sibley, Emiline (James) Trudeau, Elliot Sibley, and Lisa Sibley. Great Grandfather to Shawn Balistreri, Jeremy Sibley, Ana Sibley, Joshua Sibley, Jacob Sibley, Brandon Cowell, June Sibley and Ross Sibley. Further survived by his ex-wife and friend Janice Balistreri, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Pinelawn Memorial Park Cemetery "Chapel", 10700 W. Capitol Drive, on Saturday, May 11th from 12-1 p.m. The family would like to extend its gratitude and appreciation to Wild Rose Manor for the excellent care given to August during his time there. Their dedication and support meant a lot to the family.
