Eugene 'Geno' Balistreire passed away December 14, 2012 at his home. He was born in Milwaukee, WI. on November 7, 1966. He spent his life doing what he loved. His entire world consisted of his phamily and friends, going to music festivals, and the good ol' Grateful Dead. Geno was the loving husband of Tina (nee Wurzbach), beloved son of Christine (Balistreire) Stone, brother of Steve (Robyn) Drajeske, Mary (Jeff) Balogh, Greg (Younghee) Stone, Lara (Mike) Bowman, and Hans Wurzbach. Geno is further survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, stepfather, and pops. Visitation will be held from 4-6 P.M. on Wednesday, December 19th, 2012 at the Hartson Funeral Home. The funeral service begins at 6 P.M. with Reverend Karen Klatt officating. Memorials may be directed to the family, and all in attendance are invited to wear casual attire or their favorite tie-dye clothes.
