Barbara LaMere (nee Crooks) passed away peacefully on June 26, 2022 at the age of 80. She was born in Oconto, Wisconsin to Edward and Dorothy (Laskowy) Crooks on March 18, 1942. She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband of 38 years Dan and her brother Bob (Patti).

Loving mother of Keith (Jane) and Michelle (Ryk) Paradis. Proud grandmother to Shawon, Parker, Trent and Morgan. Surviving family members include sister Nancy (Rick) Kaster and loving companion of 14 years William Schears, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A private memorial will be later on this summer.

The LaMere and Paradis families would like to thank the Muskego Police Department, Tess Corners First Responders, St. Luke's Medical Center Emergency Department and Neurology staff for their compassion and thoughtfulness during this difficult time.

Our mother/grandmother/friend/companion was loved and will be missed by all whose lives she has come across.
