Barbara M. RaddatzPassed away peacefully on November 25, 1915 with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late David K. Raddatz, married for 58 years. Dear mother of Brian (Christine), Eileen (Mark), Paul (Jackie), and Sharon (Jonathan). Proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren. Survived by her loving brother Joseph and sister Marilyn. Barbara is reunited with her parents Joseph and Aurora Krueger, and sisters Jeanine, and Kathleen in heaven. She will be fondly remembered by other relatives and friends.Barbara was born and raised in Milwaukee. Working as a bank clerk for First Wisconsin, she met a young handsome police officer cashing his paycheck and it was love at first sight. They married and raised four children in the Bay View area. Barb enjoyed musicals, travel-logs, and reading mystery novels. She continued working part time at the bank balancing the checks. Barb volunteered her time in the Aurora Hospital gift shop. When Dave retired, they moved to Two Rivers or the "lake cottage" as Barb affectionately called their home. After retirement from the bank in Two Rivers, Barb became a crossword puzzle enthusiast, sometimes working on several at a time. A baseball fan like her father, she enjoyed listening to the brewer games. Living by her faith, Barb made sure everyone had subscriptions of the "Guidepost" magazine. She loved her family and grandchildren. Never one to make a fuss, Barbara requested not to have any funeral services. There will be a private family gathering in the spring when Barb and Dave's ashes will be buried at the family plot in Appleton Wisconsin.
