Barbara was born in Flushing New York in 1935
She is survived by her children: James (Vickie) Martin, Jane (John) Steinmetz, John (Linda) Martin. Her brother: Lee Herrick, stepchildren: Linda (Paul) Winans, Tamia (Mark) Priestaf, Timothy (Mary) Starr, 12 Grandchildren and many Great-Grandchildren who were all dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Starr, Her sister Jane Fontaine and her first husband William Martin.
Barbara was a smart and funny woman who loved her life and her family.
She was surrounded by many friends and loved family gatherings and doing things with her friends.
She will be laid to rest in Walnut Hills Cemetery in Baraboo, Wisconsin
