Yogerst, Bette C. (nee Thom) was born to eternal life on June 19, 2013. Bette was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 30, 1924, to Vernon and Olive Thom. She married Warren Yogerst in St. Cloud, Minnesota. They moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1963, and moved to Hales Corners in 1971, where she resided until 2008. Betty worked in bookkeeping positions at Knudten Color Center in Wauwatosa, and Republic Dau and Midwest Wallcovering in Milwaukee until her retirement. She also worked part-time for many years at Allmon's gift shop in Southridge Mall. Betty was a member of St. Mary Faith Community, which was an important part of her daily life. Betty was an avid Milwaukee Brewers (and Bob Uecker) fan, and also rooted for the Green Bay Packers, and Minnesota Vikings and Twins. She had enjoyed playing in her bridge clubs, traveling, and golf. Betty is survived by her daughter, Peggy (Robert) Denning, and son, Robert Yogerst, and grandson, Daniel Schoenleber. She is also survived by her sisters, Janet (Dennis) Allmon, and Mary (Ron) Weseman; sister-in-laws, Betty (Vernon) Thom, and Elaine (Richard) Thom; and is further survived by extended family and friends.
