Betty, 94, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 9, 2020. She was born on March 22, 1925 to Huey and Margaret (nee Krueger) King. Beloved mother of James (Lynn) Jopek and the late Robert Jopek, Jr. Loving grandma of her late granddaughter Carrie Ann. Loving grandma also to Margaret (Jerry) Kuether, Jeffrey Jopek, Rebecca (Mike) Lindemann, and Christopher (Deanna) Jopek. She is further survived by great grandchildren Andrew Jopek, Nathan, Isabella Jopek, Colton Jopek, and Aviana Jopek. She is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jopek, Sr.

Betty loved traveling, camping, and going to Potawatomi to play bingo and the slot machines.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM, at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 Janesville Rd., Hales Corners, WI. Private interment at Arlington Cemetery.
