Payne, Betty M., (nee Owens), 87, born to eternal life January 6, 2015. Loving mother of Michael. Daughter of the late Frank and Pearl Owens. Preceded in death by 14 brothers and sisters. Further survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation 11-1 P.M. Saturday January 10, at the funeral home. Funeral service 1 P.M. Interment Chapel Hill Cemetery.
