Raffel, Betty (Nee Semrad) Age 80, of Hales Corners, WI, passed away of lung cancer on February 19, 2009. She enjoyed her golf with the Par 4 ladies group, her bowling league and had a passion for reading and completing word puzzles. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Norman, her daughter Diane (Bob) Collins and her son Jim (Gail), her sister Doris Novotny and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her older sister, Shirley Smoody and her younger brother, Bob Semrad.
