Blake Adam Budish, 36, passed away in Waukesha, WI, on Thursday, September 9, 2021.

Blake Adam Budish was born on July 24, 1985 in Waukesha, WI, son of James and Carol (Lawdanski) Budish. He attended elementary, middle and high school in the Mukwonago Public School District. Blake furthered his education with on-the-job training in various fields including heating, cooling, air conditioning and welding. Most recently Blake was working as a steam fitter all across the state of Wisconsin.

Blake was united in marriage to Melissa Prott on October 29, 2011 in Muskego, WI.

Blake loved the outdoors, and any chance he got, he and his dog, Gus were outside enjoying nature together. Blake was an avid fisherman, he enjoyed duck hunting, and he even trained Gus to help him find morel mushrooms in the nearby woods. Blake also loved to cook. His favorite was grilling up a great steak with mushrooms and onions. He was also a master at making shrimp alfredo and crayfish boils. His favorite music was old school rock which he loved to listen to on his 45's on his grandpa's jukebox. Another love of his was gazing into the galaxy with his high tech telescope.

Blake will be greatly missed by his surviving family: mother Carol Lawdanski of Waukesha, WI, father James (Deb) Budish of Starkweather, ND, sister Rachel (Red) Budish of Waukesha, WI, brother Brock Budish (Kim Barkley) of Mukwonago, WI, nephew Kian Budish, former wife and close friend Melissa Prott, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Blake was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A family service and time of remembrance will be held at the Hartson Funeral Home in Hales Corners, WI, on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
