Obituary

Brenda Rink (Dela Cuesta) passed away peacefully on Saturday August 23, 2025 at the age of 71.

She lost her tough battle to a rare, aggressive type of T-cell lymphoma five years after beating breast cancer. She was a fighter until the end.

Survived by Jim, her husband of 33 years, mother Concordia, sisters Judy (Tom), Tonette (Tony), brother Tito plus many other relatives and friends.

Brenda was a beautiful and kind person who loved her family, animals (especially dogs), and flowers. She was an outstanding gardener.

She was a proud Filipina and returned to the Philippines annually where she had many relatives and friends. To the people in the Philippines she was a "Rock Star."

Brenda was a talented, hard working hair stylist. You not only received a great cut or color but you also got to spend time with Brenda, who would make you feel like you were the most important person in the world. She had a sweet smile, infectious laugh, and a spunky personality. Beautiful inside and out, she always made your day better.

Thank you Brenda for everything.
