Age 65, passed away peacefully with his wife and children by his side on August 10th at Zilber Family Hospice. Loving husband of Betsy Luetzow (nee Donovan). Beloved father of Beth (Dan) Marko, Kim (Dave) Brock, Brittney, Ashley (Eric) Stoll, and Alex. Grandfather of Norah, Will, George Marko, and Emma Brock. Further survived by his mother, Barbara Luetzow, brothers Brent (Nancy), and Brian (Cris), loving friends and relatives. Preceded in death by his father, Albert Luetzow.Bruce loved the outdoors. He spent many days fishing the Wisconsin north woods and Canada with his friends. Aside from his love of fishing, his hobbies included going to car shows with his Thunderbird, being a grill master, serving his community, hunting, attending his children's sporting events, boating, swimming, watching the packers, and Musky Round-Up. He also enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. While Bruce will be deeply missed, we know that he is enjoying his eternity fishing in Heaven. A special thanks to the entire staff at Zilber Family Hospice, Dr. Jella and his staff at Aurora St. Luke's, and Dr. Rhode and staff of Decatur, Illinois for all of their compassionate care.A visitation will be held Wednesday August 16th at St. John's on the Lake, 1840 North Prospect Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202 12pm to 2pm followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. Private burial at Forest Home Cemetery the following day.In lieu of flowers, donations made in Bruce's name to Zilber Family Hospice or a charity of your choice are appreciated.
