Catherine R. Hoeffler passed away peacefully on April 22, 2024.

She was born in Wisconsin to John and Helen Heger in 1925.

Catherine was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Frank Hoeffler in 2015.

She was the beloved mother to her 10 children, Cathy (the late Herb) Herfurth, Peggy (the late John) Diekfuss, Jeanne (the late Mike) Ertl, Frank and Susie Hoeffler, Mary and Mark Longrie, Mark Hoeffler, John and Jill Hoeffler, Barbara Carlson, Michael and Christine Hoeffler, and Jim and Donna Hoeffler.

She is also survived by thirty-nine grandchildren, 100 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren as well as extended family and friends.

Catherine was a devout Catholic and her family is her legacy.

Catherine's family wish to extend their gratitude to the entire staff at Villa St. Francis and the St. Croix Hospice team for the loving and compassionate care of their mother this past year. She loved you all.

We also wish to thank all her caregivers from Home Instead and the ProMedica Hospice team for their kindness and outstanding care while she resided at Forest Ridge Senior Living Community in Hales Corners.

There will be a visitation at Hartson Funeral Home on Sunday May 5th, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

A second visitation on Monday, May 6th from 10:00 am to 10:45 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, 18255 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield.

Interment Monday, May 6th at 1:00 pm at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7301 West Nash Street, Milwaukee. Meet at the front office.
