Loving wife of Jon for 26 years. Beloved mother of Alexandra (Steve) Nowicki, Patrick (Olivia) Terch, Charles (Angela) Terch, Clara (Dmitriy) Smirnov, Max (Samantha) Elert, Nicholas Elert, Johanna (Austin) Long, Benjamin (Sarah) Elert, and Frank Elert. Proud grandma of Alyssa, Paetyn, Ellie, James, Jacob, Greyson, Grace, Lorelai, Nathan, Amelia, Addison, and Theodore. Further survived by mother Shirley Gerrits and siblings Ann Newkirk (Don Liedtke), Margaret (Tony) Przybylka, Dennis (Jane) Gerrits, Barbara (Dan) McNally, and other family members and friends.

Preceded in death by father Patrick Gerrits, brother James Gerrits, and sister Christine Barber.

Visitation will be held at Hartson Funeral Home on Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. Memorial Service 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family will be donated to Boerner Botanical Gardens her favorite place away from home.
