Charles "Chuck" Fisher, husband, father, brother, master mechanic and car show enthusiast, passed away Wednesday, February 21st at the age of 77.

Chuck would have been married to his wife, Pegg Fisher, for 36 years this April. They lived together for many years on Lake Tichigan where they raised their blended family. Chuck was father to Shannon Fisher and bonus dad to Chris and Paul Weber, and Lisa Charles. He was brother to Nancy and brother-in-law to Mike Currah.

Chuck was also a dog lover his entire life and leaves behind Stella, who will take great care of Pegg.

Chuck worked at Russ Darrow for 39 years, where he was an excellent master auto mechanic. After he retired you could always find him buying, selling or fixing a car, truck or boat and never held on to these things for very long. He loved having a new project to bring into his pole barn where he spent a lot of his time putting his mechanic skills to work. He was always willing to help a friend or family member fix their car or lend a tool and his knowledge to help them get the job done.

At the request of Chuck, no funeral services will be held because that was not his style but the family is planning a celebration of life in his honor for some time this summer. Details to follow.
