Charles Eugene KiblerAge 83, of West Allis, passed away on June 27, 2015.  Beloved husband of the late Virginia (nee Foley).  Dear father of Jane (Dan) Rafalski and Janet Foster.  Loving grandfather of Samantha.  Charles is also survived by his sister Rita, son-in-law Jeff, many nieces, nephews, special friends Dave and Mike, other friends and neighbors.  In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by five brothers and their spouses - Earl (Emma), Ray (Marie), George (Elsie), Harold (Annie), John (Virginia); two sisters and their spouses - Florence (Austin) Meloy and Pearl Ann (Frank) Steberger; also preceded in death by Irene Brandt, Dorothy (Red) Bublitz, Renelda (August) Stauder, and Rex Dahms.  Charles was a retiree of Allis Chalmers and a member of the Studebaker Association.  Thank you to the Sarcoma team at Froedtert Hospital and all his caregivers at Clement Manor and Allay Hospice.  Visitation Thursday, July 2nd, 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.  Service at 7 p.m.
