Charmaine Martha Zlensky (nee Zimmer) Passed away peacefully March 8, 2022. at the age of 89. Preceded in death by Her Parents Urban, and Marie Zimmer, Son Leonard, and Grandsons Scott, and Brian Koltunski. Survived by her children Lee (Denise), Kathleen (Kathy) Zlensky (Steve Jensen), Karen (Al) Koltunski, Janet (Jay) Kurth, Holding you close within our hearts Charmaine's Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren David Zlensky, Matthew Zlensky (Melissa), Marki (AJ) Lambo, Madalynn Zlensky, Mason Zlensky, Makinley Zlensky, and Arabella Lambo.
