Claudine Phillips (nee Chmielewski), age 71, Born to Eternal Life April 12, 2014. Preceded in death by her husband Samuel Phillips, and her parents Ralph and Margaret Chmielewski. Loving sister of the late Jeanette Keffeler, the late Steve Chmielewski, Annette (Thomas) Jones, Margaret (Joseph) Palmisano; further survived by nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed by her two cats, Sadie and Saphire.
