Clifford M. Knapp, 84, of Muskego, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, at Froedtert Hospital.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on February 21, 1941, he was the son of Howard and Bernice Knapp. His early life was spent in Milwaukee, and he graduated from Pius High School. On October 28, 1961, he was united in marriage to Margret Klinzing. They made their home in West Allis and Sturtevant before settling down in Tess Corners. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Richard.
Cliff worked as a Timekeeper and assembly line supervisor for Allen Bradley until retirement after more than 40 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping at the Villa and vacationing in Florida. He was known for his meticulous care of his yard, which stood as a quiet testament to his dedication and attention to detail. Cliff had a gift for making people feel at home—there was always a warm welcome, a drink in hand, and plenty of snacks to go around. His love of God and family showed in everything he did.
Cliff is survived by his wife, Margret; sons, Chris and Craig; grandsons, Mitchell and Michael; granddaughters, Morgan and Katheryn; 4 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Bernard, Jim, and Michael.
The family would like to thank the staff in the NICU at Froedtert Hospital for their care during this time.
