Preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Jeanette (Nee Timmers) Armstrong, father-in-law Tom Clemence, and Grandma Millie. Dale was a mason for over thirty years and took great pride in his craft. He was an avid fisherman and excellent chef. He had a passion for cooking and would often use ingredients from his abundant vegetable garden that he tended to with the utmost care. You could always count on Dale to fill your belly up with delicious food and send you off with a bag of goodies from his garden. He had a heart of gold and was the consummate helper. Dale was an amazing father and his bond with his boys was, and always will be, unbreakable. A lifelong fan, the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers now have an angel cheering them on from heaven. Special thanks to Dr. Hake, Deb, Larry from Stillwater, and the amazing staff at AngelsGrace Hospice for their care and compassion. Visitation Friday, December 9th, 10 AM to 1 PM, at the funeral home with a memorial service to follow. Burial at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated. "Goodbyes are not forever, are not the end; it simply means I'll miss you until we meet again."
