Daniel Robert Olson of Milwaukee, WI, was born to eternal life on April 7th 2025 at the age of 64.

Uncle Dan was a man who found joy in life's simple pleasures. He especially loved the excitement of Opening Day at home baseball games and rarely missed cheering on his beloved Packers and Badgers football teams. His love for the outdoors was evident in the many picnics and cookouts he enjoyed, always with a volleyball net set up for a friendly game. A true dog lover, his faithful companions were always by his side.

Uncle Dan will be deeply missed by his many relatives, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. His warmth, laughter and generous spirit will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Loving son of Rita Funk and the late Donald R. Olson Sr. Dear brother to Don Jr. (Carol), Judy (Wes), Jill (Randy), Jan (Edwin), Jackie (Mike) and the late Jeanne (John) and Jolene. Best friend of Louie.

A celebration of Uncle Dan's life will be held Friday, May 2nd, 2025.
