David D. Hottinger entered his Savior's presence on April 11, 2023.

Dave was born to Dennis and Lucille in 1938. He was raised in Minnesota, learning the value of hard work in the family restaurant and on the local farms. In High School he played football and the trumpet. He earned his degree in electrical engineering. After marrying Edith, they moved to Wisconsin and eventually settled in South Milwaukee. Dave enjoyed camping, scuba diving and creative projects. Over the years, he and Edith led cub scout troops, taught children's Sunday school and facilitated the usher ministry at Racine Bible Church.

He is survived by his four children, Carla (Keith), Dana (Karen), Laurie (Greg), and Jeffrey; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; his sister Regina (Richard) and brother Douglas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith; his parents, and infant brother.
