David M. Packard Jr., 54, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 18th, 2018. A caring and compassionate person, David was beloved by many. Survived by his parents Dave and Ruth Packard. Beloved brother to Anne (Packard) Scaffidi, Sandra (Packard) Waltho, and Carol Packard. Loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. David was a Proud Military Veteran with a kind and generous soul. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
