David Lee Satterwaite passed away on December 14, 2025 with the love of his life, Kathy, and her daughters, Ashleigh, Nicole, and Angela, at his side. David was born on July 17, 1961, to Jack Satterwaite and Mary (née Klechowitz).

For many years, Dave and Kathy built a life rooted in love, support, and fun. As a valued part of the family, Dave was happy, hardworking, and generous. His passions included boating, flying, cooking, and enjoying the food afterward. Dave would joke about flying and his little dilemma with heights or about his cooking not being “the best batch". His lighthearted jokes brought everyone together. He will be remembered for his ability to strike up a conversation, make people laugh, and help others without hesitation.

He worked at The Alstar Company in Union Grove where his coworkers became a second family with special mention to Scotty, Jeff, and John. He enjoyed gatherings with his aunts, cousins, and his good friend and cousin, Eddie (Becky). He also cherished time spent with Jessika in Florida.

Dave will always be in the hearts of his beloved partner, Kathy DiSalvo, and his mother, Mary. He was a caring presence in the lives of Ashleigh (Matthew), Nicole, and Angela (Matt) and a proud grandpa to Jackson, Mason, Morgan, Nolan, and his newest love, Lily. Dave is remembered by his aunts Jan and Edie (Ed), his cousin Eddie, Kathy's brother Dominic, and his close friends Tony, Jerry, Steve, and Kim. Dave's memory will live on with all who shared a laugh, a drink, or a good time with him.

To honor Dave and the place he loved the most, his ashes will be laid to rest over the water in sunny Florida.
