Smith, David J.  Age 50.  At peace October 19, 2016.  Loving son of James and Mary Ann Smith.  Beloved twin brother of Joseph Smith.  Dear uncle of Taylor Smith, and James "Jamie" Smith.  Cherished nephew of the late James (Sally) Kopps, Gerald Kopps (Mary Ann Alberti-Kopps), Therese (the late Fred) Helmer, Carl (the late Rose) Kopps, the late Barbara (Raymond) Chalupka, Dr. Janis (Dr. David) Frisch, Carol (the late Jerry) Helbach, Ken (Candace) Smith, the late Richard Smith, and Kathy Smith-Welsh (John Welsh).  Further survived by Susan Theil, sister-in-law Lynda Smith, cousins, friends and family.  Special thanks to Michelle Chalupka, the Haase family and Horizon Hospice for their compassionate care.  Memorial gathering at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community, 9520 W.
