Kempf, Delas J. Passed away peacefully after a short illness with his family by his side on February 9, 2009, at the age of 68. Best friend and loving husband for 41 years to Judy. Loving, caring father to Sherry (Steve) Balsewicz and Daniel. Preceded in death by a daughter Lisa and son John and brothers Larry and Stan. Special grandfather to Joshua, Kyle, Sarah and great-grandfather to Mariah. Fond brother of Duane (Blondelle), Joanne (Ray) Sailors and Richard. He will be missed by many relatives and friends. Delas served in the Air Force for 4 years and retired from A.O. Smith after 31 years of service. Afterwards he enjoyed many years in the great outdoors, in the kitchen and tackling monthly household projects.Visitation:A Memorial Gathering will be held Friday, February 13, from 5:00-7:00 PMService:Service 7:00 PM
