Deloris May Evans (née Goranson), 85

Deloris May Evans, 85, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, surrounded by family.

She was sustained by her faith in the Lord and going to her place beside Him.

Deloris was born on May 24th, 1940 and lived a long, full life shaped by devotion to family, quiet strength, and a steadfast faith that guided her throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 60 years, Robert R. “Bob” Evans; her parents, Laura Violet and Lawerence “Dick” Goranson; and her sisters, Betty J. Goranson and Dixie L. King.

She is survived by her children and grandchildren: Kim Glasford (Dale) and their children Ryan (Mackenzie), Alex, and Noah Neil Evans (Heather) and their children Savannah and McKinley Nathan Evans and his children Will, Faith, and Audrey.

Over the years, Deloris greatly enjoyed time spent with friends, gathering to play cards and sharing laughter, conversation, and lasting friendships. She most treasured time spent with her family at their lake house in Crivitz, Wisconsin, where she enjoyed watching the changing seasons and seeing her favorite hummingbird Big Daddy and bass Walter, who could be seen where the water turned green.

Deloris valued the simple joys of togetherness and will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

A visitation for Deloris will be held at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd. Hales Corners, Wisconsin on

Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The visitation will be open from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM with the service to follow.
