Donald "Duck" Kempf

Donald was born on December 30th, 1945, to RJ and Thiel Kempf in Oshkosh WI. Duck passed away in Las Vegas, NV, on Tuesday January 7th 2025. He was 79 years old.

Duck was preceded in death by his loving wife Shirley Kempf, they were married for 45 years.

Brother to Richard (Judy) Kempf and Derald Kempf (deceased). Father to Raymond Kempf, step-father to Tom, Steve and Donald Rasmussen, grandfather to Jay, Michael, Justin, Jamie, Nick, Brenda and Joe. Uncle to Barb, Carl, and Dawn (Kempf). Don was with his special friend Debra Ruzbarsky during his final days.

He was a truck driver and then became a dispatcher as well as an important part of the whole company from 1971 until his retirement in 2009 at Veteran's Truck Line, Inc., Burlington, WI (formerly Bristol).

Duck was avid NASCAR fan, his favorite driver was Bill Elliot. He loved to watch all sports especially the Packer and wrestling.

Private services were held at St. Adalbert Cemetery 3801 S 6th St. Milwaukee WI.
