Donald C Miles – Went to be home with his heavenly father after 91 years.

Married to his loving wife Joyce H. Miles (Ruehle) for 69 years. A beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather.

Served his country with the Army-Airforce in Germany

Don worked hard for his family at numerous companies including the Milwaukee Bus Co and the InterUrban, along with being a Milkman with Borden's in the 60's and 70's.

Later he attained a position at the Wisconsin Southern Center where he worked for many years with individuals with disabilities.

Other interests included being among some of the founding members of the Shamrock Club, and volunteering for many years as the Milwaukee Irish Fest.

He also enjoyed traveling around the world with his beloved wife and family. He especially looked forward to an annual visit to Ireland ( for a pint of the good stuff).

When he was at home he could be found with a book in hand reading his way though the entire Muskego Library, or reading some of his favorite Bible passages.

Loved by his family and friends ( which was just about everyone he ever met) Always quick witted and willing to go out of his way to lend a hand where he could.

He will be forever missed.

Visitation at Hartson Funeral Home on Thursday September 26th, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Service at 6:00 pm
