Loving husband of Beverly.  Dear father of Nancy (Gary) Schlei, Lawrence (Mary), Donald Jr. (Sally), Paul Sr. (Julia), Margaret (Charles) Schaus, Jane (Mark) Goessl, Andrew (Tracy), Elizabeth Boyd, David (Debra), and Stephen (Marimae).  Step-father of Claudia (John) Berges, Donna Heffel, Judy (Charles) Jones, Kathy (Jay) Pieper and James (Kristin) Wilson.  Blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Brother of Ruth Birkholz and Jennette Emmerson.  Further survived by beloved couple Dayton and Barbara Cheney, other relatives and friends.  Preceded in death by his siblings, Adrian, Charles, Donald Potter, James, Roland, Bruce, and Pearl.  Visitation at St. Louis Catholic Church, 13207 County Road G., Caledonia on Thurs. July 9th from 9-11am. Funeral Mass 11:15 AM. Interment: St. Louis Cemetery.
