Died November 24, 2015. Preceded in death by sons; Robert, Ronald and John Polega. Survived by daughter, Jodi A. (Robert) Kristbaum; grandsons, Kory (Sara) and Troy (Kim) Kristbaum; great-grandsons, Dominic, Gauge, Paxton and Troy. Also many longtime good friends. Private interment.
