Rolland, Doris Marie (Nee Knutson) Of Franklin, WI. Passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, January 17, 2010, at the age of 85. Despite her fragile frame she will always be remembered by family and friends who knew her best as a strong willed resilient and determined family women. The beloved wife of Severt (Art), a Military veteran who often took to the open road as a big rig driver. Doris devoted her life's work to raising the Rolland family. In good times and especially challenging times she put her family first and foremost. Doris's strength as a mother and grandmother will be forever etched in the minds of those who she cared for so deeply. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Art. She is survived by her daughters Deborah and Gloria Wilbur, her sons Steven (Nancy) and Curtis, her grandchildren, Shawn (Ericca) and Sara (Dustin), Logan and Michael, Curtis Jr., Caitlyn and Justin, her great-grandchildren Trenton and Lucy, and her sisters Dorothy Koller and Myrtle Truchen.Visitation:A visitation to celebrate her life will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, January 21, from 4-7 PM.Service:Service to follow at 7 PM.
