Lt. Col. Edward A. Puchalski Age 93. Born to Eternal Life, February 13th, 2016. Preceded in death by his loving wife Nona (nee Phillips), brother Frank Puchalski, and sister Wanda Kuszewski. He is survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces and nephews, 12 great-great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great-great niece. Ed served our country nearly 40 years, beginning his career in WWII as a bomber navigator. He continued service in the USAFR until recalled during the Korean Conflict as an intelligence officer, rounding out his career in the reserve until his retirement in 1982. Ed remained active in the American Legion Alonzo Cudworth Post #23 fulfilling honor guard duties well into his 80's. He also received an Engineering degree from Marquette in 1948 and worked for Logemann Brothers and Unit Crane. He enjoyed a full life with family and friends, gardening, golf, international and domestic travel. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
