Elizabeth (Betty, Tommy) Madonna Hoffmann of Elm Grove, was born into Eternal Life on September 24, 2022.

She was born on October 31,1934 in Ellendale, North Dakota.. She was preceded in death by her parents
Leona and Art Duggan of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

Elizabeth is survived by her Son Kurt (Jill) Hoffmann. Grandchildren Lacy Hoffmann, Mia (Rob) Parker, Ty Hoffmann, NiElle Hoffmann and Great-Grandchildren LiAna Schilling and Ripley Parker.

Tommy worked at the Boston Store for five years and then was self employed for 33 years, serving major department stores such as Kohls. She was a New Berlin Lioness for 57 years, serving in all offices and received both the Birch-Sturm and Melvin Jones Awards. She also served in the Elmbrook Historical Society since 2000 and was president for five years.

A private celebration of life will be held.

Elizabeth requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Elmbrook Historical Society or the American Cancer Society.
