Merner,  Emmy Lou (nee Hastings) Age 85.  Born to eternal life November 14, 2014. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth. Loving mother of John, James (Marcy) and Melissa Merner.  Dear grandma of Scott and Casey.  Further survived by extended family and many friends.  Emmy Lou was past  president of the Greendale Women's Club. Both she and Ken were instrumental in starting and developing the Special Education program in the Greendale Schools.  Memorial gathering at Greendale Community Church, 6015 Clover Lane, Greendale on Sat. Nov. 22nd from 10:30 - 11:30am.  Funeral service 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated and directed to NAMI "National Alliance On Mental Illness"                               Well done,                     good and faithful servant.
