Frank A. Cieslik, 47 years of age, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 24th, 2020. Proud and loving father of Emma. Further survived by his mother, Patricia. Dear brother of Jimmy and Cory (Meagan). Proud uncle of Max. Nephew of Patrick and Kathleen. Preceded in death by his father, Michael, and his grandparents, Frank and Dorothy Cieslik. Frank was a respiratory therapist who enjoyed traveling and many outdoor activities. He very much loved his family and close friends.
