Loving husband of Joan (nee Pawlowski), dear father of Randy (Carla), and Dan (Cammi), proud grandfather of Evan (Lauren), James (Kelli), Katherine, Allison, and Jon Banach, great-grandfather of Cayden, cherished brother of Len (Ellie), Audrey (James) Keller, Carol Thomas, Jerry (Barbara), Peter (Carol), and David Banach, brother-in-law, Larry Crawford, and further survived by extended family and friends. Preceded in death by a sister, Mary, a sister-in-law, Karen Banach, and a brother-in-law, Pat Thomas. Visitation at the funeral home from 3 to 6 P.M. on Sunday, June 1. Memorial Mass at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9306 W. Beloit Rd. at 10:30 A.M., Monday, June 2. Inurnment in St. Adalbert's Catholic Cemetery.
