Obituary

Frederick Allen Heimerman

Age 65 was united with our Lord and Savior on May 2, 2024, surrounded by family and friends. Due to pulmonary difficulties, his time among us was unexpectedly cut short. He was a faithful and loving husband and companion of his best friend Mary Lou Nanez. They shared over 34 years of memories together.

Born in Hartford, Wisconsin, he was the son of Ebon Servatius Heimerman and Myra Laverne Molg. After graduating from Hilbert High School, he enlisted in the US Army and served his country for 3 years on active duty and 3 years inactive duty.

After his service, he had a multitude of professions from being a semi-truck driver to various factory work. Outside of work he enjoyed gardening and canning. Christmas was his favorite Holiday! From his baking traditions to his self-made "Clark Griswold" decorations. Most recently, Fred enjoyed his garage talks with "Brother in Law." Fred also proudly served as a member of Wellspring Community Church in Hartford.

Our dad was a great man who influenced countless lives. Not only was he a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend but he was a man that believed in our Lord and Savior with all his heart. We can all be comforted in knowing that he lives with Jesus now.

Fred was faithful to his family and friends. You can be sure his support, generosity, and humor are qualities that we will all cherish forever. He surrounded himself with so many loved ones that he devoted his life to making lasting memories.

He is survived by his Spouse, Mary Lou Nanez. His biological children; Amanda Stewart (Blaine), Joseph Heimerman, and Ruth Ann Benziger (William). Loved as his own; Lisa Nanez (Todd), Lori Jeche and Nick John Snyder (Rachel). Surviving siblings; Barbara Jo Heimerman, Terry Heimerman (Sue), Linda Rickert (Ray), Ebon Heimerman, Joyce Strupp (Roger), Thomas Heimerman, James VanMinsel (Doreen), and Robert VanMinsel.
Surviving grandchildren; Tiffanie Nanez, Michelle Nanez, Wade Runyard, Ariel Jeche, Arielle Garcia, Damian Garcia, Grace Stewart, Blaine Stewart, and great-grandchildren Cody Nanez-Helm Jr., Hazel Nanez-Helm and his fur-grandson Opie. Fred was loved by so many more not named here.
He is proceeded in death by his loving parents and grandparents.
