Gerald "Gerry" Riepl, age 78, was surrounded by loved ones when he passed away at his home
in Oak Creek on Friday, January 3rd, 2020 following a brief battle with cancer. Gerry was the
loving husband of Debra "Debbie" (nee Drewek). He was preceded in death by his mother,
Violet (Riepl) Marinelli; father Adam Riepl and his daughter Sandy. Gerry is survived by his
children Gerry Jr. and Patty, along with his grandchildren Nicole, Michaela, RayLynn, Jason,
and Michael. He is further survived by his sister JoAnne and brother Rodney. Gerry will be
dearly missed by his loving mother-in law Cecelia Drewek; in-laws Delores (Brion) Turlick, Dan
Schlais, Nancy Drewek, Jeannie DeJardine; nephew Kurt; and nieces Kelly, Lydia, Andrea, and
Audrey along with his special munchkins Kennedi and Caden. He enjoyed many good times
with his best Guinness buddies Larry and Jason. Gerry was a proud Veteran of the United
States Air Force.
