Geraldine Glinecki passed away, as she lived, peacefully at home, with her loving husband by her side on February 26, 2022. She was born on October 28, 1931, the daughter of the late Felix and late Josephine (nee Peracchia) Supercynski, in Bessemer, Michigan.
After high school, she moved to Milwaukee where she met Harry, the love of her life. They married on May 18, 1957 and were blessed to have three children. Geraldine was a lovely, kind and devoted wife and mother, who arose each morning at 4:30 am to catch the bus to her job at Allen Bradley Company, where she was employed for 38 years.
Geraldine enjoyed bowling, dancing and her flower garden, but her favorite activity was walking where she enjoyed listening to and identifying different birds. Gerri enjoyed family vacations and annual July 4th trips back to her hometown to visit her family.
After retirement, Hawaii became the favorite destination for Gerri and her husband. Gerri enjoyed helping her husband shovel snow and always said "save some for me" and Harry responded 'I will, (a lot)!"
After developing Dementia, Harry repaid Gerri's many years of love and devotion by dedicating his final years to her care.
Geraldine was predeceased by her sister, Carol Udd, and her daughter Mary Jo Cornell.
She is survived by her husband for eight days, and is survived by her sons, Gary and Jim, her grandsons, Ryan (Tavia) Gavinski, Drew Glinecki, and Chase and Owen Gavinski, her sister Evelyn Wilkins, and nieces and nephews.
Geraldine will be lovingly remembered for her kind and gentle disposition for her strong Catholic faith.
