Sister of Jerilynn Cook, Julie J. Cook (Jeffrey) and Jody J. Cook (Lisa). Granddaughter of Frances C. Mason. Niece of Carla Kroll (Jim), Patricia Gibson, Ruth Waggoneer (Steve), Dorothy Smith, Callie Dillman and Glyndora (Howard) Hedges. Also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Preceded into Eternal Life by her father Gerald J. Cook, stepfather Paul P. Perkovich, grandfather Paul Warick, and step-grandfather Paul Chicanich. 1973 graduate of Nathan Hale High School, West Allis, WI. Worked at Roadrunner Transportation Services, Inc., Cudahy, WI. Member of Faith Alive Lutheran Church, New Berlin, WI. Gina was a loving and caring person, who never had a harsh word for anyone. Devoted wife and great mother to her sons, who she loved raising.
