Gloria E. Snearly (nee Gemeinhardt), age 89, passed away peacefully at home in the loving care of her daughters. She is proceeded in death by her beloved husband of 33 years, Mac B. Snearly. She lived and raised her family in Muskego.

Gloria is the very loved mom of Karen Snearly, Keith Snearly, and Gail Snearly-Bartlett. She was proceeded in death by her beloved daughter-in-law Beth. Gloria loved dogs, over the years she has had many fur babies and grand fur babies who sadly have also passed.

Gloria was an only child, but she had a big extended family. She was close to her aunts, uncles, and cousins while growing up. She was especially close to her aunt Mary, who became like a mother to her after her mother passed. Aunt Mary helped Gloria with her family. And Gloria took care of Mary.

Gloria loved her extended family and got together with them often over the years.

Gloria had many friends. some whom she has known since high school. Others she has made through work, volunteering, and are neighbors. Gloria was a very happy and kind person, who was easy to talk to. She was a bundle of energy, but her personality was calm and endearing. Gloria knew how to use humor to lighten the mood, and often made people laugh.

Gloria worked at Boston Store as a Clerk in the Fine China and Gifts Department. She loved meeting interesting people and talk with them. After she retired, she worked at the polls in Muskego during elections, and as a volunteer in the gift shop at the botanical gardens.

Gloria loved to travel all over United States. First with her family, and later with one or both of her daughters. She did get to travel to England and Ireland with Karen. Gloria like to visit her daughter's home in Spooner and explore the area and visit with friends.

Gloria became a second mom to many of her kid's friends. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is loved and will be truly missed.

Visitation to take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capital Drive, Brookfield, WI. On Saturday January 15th ,2022 at 1:00 PM, until services at 2:30 PM.
