Grace Kay Meyer was born on June 24, 2026 at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI and shared 10 hours of precious life with her family before returning home to heaven. Grace is the cherished daughter of Carl and Maggie Meyer, and the sister of Noah (4) and Hannah (2).

She was greeted in Heaven by her great-grandparents Marvin and Sonja Meyer, Marlin Bidne, Russell Stern, Howard and Barbara Ruetz, and Hugh Smith.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1st at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hales Corners, WI from 10 - 11 am with a service immediately following at 11 am. All are welcome to help us celebrate Grace’s life and the many ways she revealed God’s goodness and presence.

Contributions in Grace’s memory can be made to CURE International. As Grace’s condition was not something that could be healed this side of heaven, it seems a fitting legacy to support the ministry of those helping kids who can be healed.

Carl and Maggie would like to thank the medical staff at Children’s Hospital for their outstanding compassion, support, and care throughout Grace’s journey.

It was and is a privilege to be a part of God’s story for Grace, and to fully experience both the love and the grief. Thank you family and friends for leaning in to Grace’s story with us. He remains a good shepherd.
